TS-100
I’m not investing another dollar in the CPS link products. This technology is way too flakey and I can’t depend on it. Who knows why but I can’t connect to my TS-100 currently.
Abm 100 not connecting
I’ve had the abm100 for a couple years now, and I went to use it again and the app doesn’t recognize the device plugged into my phone. Have deleted and downloaded the app several times and the airflow meter won’t connect

Update fixed my problem
About two weeks ago I got the flow hood and I got the app downloaded opened and I got the Bluetooth to connect no problem. But when it came time to hit the “start” buttion to begin using the flow hood, nothing would happen. I was about to return it today when an app update came out and I gave it one more try. It now works as expected. Tech support never called back after being placed on the call back list, hopefully will never have a reason to talk to them.

Doesn’t work as advertised
This ABM-200 reads all the temperatures and humidity readings but won’t capture any CFM. I don’t understand how this hasn’t been shared better how it isn’t helping us in the field since it doesn’t work. Now I have to explain to my customer that I can’t perform any tests to balance the air in their office. Thanks for nothing CPS.

Used to be a good app.
I have a few AAB SmartTools. The AAB-200 Airflow & Environmental meter and the AAB TS-100 Temp & Humidity Data Logger. They are older, before they were bought out by CPS.
The original AAB App worked wonders, was easy to use and didn’t glitch at all. This new App, CPS Link is bad. Not very intuitive, buffers every time I switch back to the app and try to see the readings.
I placed my data logger in a Walk-In cooler. I left it for 48hrs too see how things were running (they like to leave the door open). When I open the App and try to connect the device, the app will eventually show the device as connected, but won’t open to show the readings. Restarted the App, nothing. Restarted my phone and found the same thing. Had to cycle power on the tool for it to reconnect, doing so cleared the data.

App not connecting
So far, not a good look. Arrived at a job. Got everything set up. Tried connecting to the application and nothing is happening. Reset phone, turned off and on Bluetooth and nothing.
Looks like we will have to return this product and get something else since this has not worked for us today.

Obviously you need to use the ap to read the scale measurements. Ap does NOT work.. after months and months.. so now my scale is pointless. Honestly want a refund of my couple hundred dollars. Disgusting and disappointing.

The app works well on my iPhone XS. I think the issue two years ago was temporary.

Bought this to help with diagnosing airflow issues. Junk. Worked the first time I hooked it up and hasn’t worked since.
NEVER BUY CPS. ABM 200 doesn’t show up in the app now.
Worthless, no support. App doesn’t work with iPhone 10. Clearly not supported by CPS. Works with ancient iPad but I’m not hauling that around.

Great and expensive Manifold ser but crappy App
My manifold gauges can’t connect to this app instead I had to download another app “Manifold link” also from CPS but it’s not well developed. I wish CPS could do something about it.
ABM 200 not working with iOS iPhone 8.
Will not connect to Bluetooth. Sent mail to tech service from the CPS application which sends them the phones specs. No response.

This is the ONLY app to be able to use these tools and it is full of bugs.
Worked better than old AAB software
The reviews were bad but I didn't have any other choice for a new phone. I have been pleasantly surprised. It connected right away via Bluetooth and I was able to record a day worth of data without any issues. As I recall, the old software was very inconsistent. Hopefully things will continue to work this well!
