Submitted a technical question on the app today and within 30 minutes received a call from Alex in tech support concerning an issue with a heat pump, could not be more impressed with the amount of knowledge and professionalism. I have been doing HVAC for many years, but the issue I was having was one you only run into twice in a lifetime. It was wonderful having Alex verify what I thought might be happening and that I wasn’t completely crazy.
This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve received in a long time from a manufacturers technical support.

Easy and smooth app

If you go in your cart and you click on a Item and then it takes you to the bottom of the page and you get that scroll back up to see the Item. And I tried both of the apps. Including the Acme Refrigeration app
