No me da la opción de “olvide mi contraseña” cuando le hago click no recibo nada que me permita recuperar o cambiar mi contraseña. En general el app a mejorado mucho. El personal en RD, en la oficina de mi área siempre es muy amable.

Ni siquiera puedo entrar con mi cuenta, tampoco me deja cambiar la contraseña porque me mandan un correo con varios códigos del BN- menos el mío, tampoco puedo acceder por la web.
