Rarely works. Always saying “not an employee in the system” and my system admin has to put in my hours manually. It’s not just me it’s everyone.

Technical bad platform
Your webpage doesn’t allow anywhere to input a code for forgotten passwords. It just returns to login page. Your app does the same, they flood email with reset codes with nowhere to input it. The company doesn’t take have account/technical assistance and just refers you continuously to your employer who’s off weekends.

Slow and Inefficient
We switched to this at work and I am tired of using it already. The UI is complicated and logging in loads forever. I do not even know how to add a period of time if I forgot to clock in.
Not good
I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and I downloaded for my job to clock in and out etc and ever time I try to login it gives me an error message
