Hey there. We are sorry for the frustration and confusion around how the trial works. The 3-day free trial is attached to the annual plan only. The monthly plan starts billing immediately, as there is no trial period on it. Apple's payment screen shows which option applies before confirming. Apple is the merchant of record for all iOS subscriptions, so we do not see, charge, or modify payments directly. CraftNote has a free, limited version, but pro features need a subscription because running advanced AI transcription models costs per-use. We would love to look into your case and help.
