Hey there. We are really sorry for the frustration with this charge, and we want to help clarify what happened. We definitely offer free trial for annual subscriptions but we don't yet offer trials for monthly subscriptions. Hey there. Sorry for the frustration and that the payment options felt unexpected. CraftNote does have a free, limited version you can use without paying. Pro features require a subscription because running advanced AI transcription models costs per-use. We depend on user payments to keep developing the app. If the limits or pricing details felt unclear, we'd really appreciate your feedback at support@craftnote.com.

Se você já usou um período de teste do CraftNote anteriormente, a Apple inicia a assinatura paga imediatamente ao assinar novamente, pois eles não permitem um segundo teste.
