Hey there. We are sorry for the frustration and confusion around how the trial works. The 3-day free trial is attached to the annual plan only. The monthly plan starts billing immediately, as there is no trial period on it. Apple's payment screen shows which option applies before confirming. Apple is the merchant of record for all iOS subscriptions, so we do not see, charge, or modify payments directly. CraftNote has a free, limited version, but pro features need a subscription because running advanced AI transcription models costs per-use. We would love to look into your case and help. O plano mensal inicia a cobrança imediatamente, o que é exibido na tela de pagamento da Apple antes de você confirmar. Além disso, se você já usou um teste gratuito anteriormente, a Apple inicia a assinatura paga de imediato. Avoir des fichiers corrompus et des problèmes d'enregistrement est inacceptable, surtout lorsque vous nous faites confiance avec un abonnement annuel. Nous voulons régler cela rapidement.
