Cancelamento não efetivado e cobrança indevida

Baixei o CraftNote e iniciei o período gratuito. Após poucos minutos, constatei que a solução não atendia ao que procurava e realizei e confirmei o cancelamento dentro do próprio aplicativo. Porém, em 01/08/2026, fui surpreendido com a cobrança de R$ 349,90 pela assinatura anual. Não utilizei a assinatura. Solicito reembolso e peço também que o desenvolvedor dê a devida atenção ao ocorrido e apure por que o cancelamento confirmado dentro do aplicativo não foi efetivado, evitando que situações como essa voltem a ocorrer.

Feel cheated

Not a review of the product as won’t be using. But feel cheated as was lured in by a 3 day free trial, and ended up paying the whole monthly subscription fee in the spot. Not impressed

Please note that if you previously used the free trial, Apple starts the paid subscription immediately upon re-subscribing. This is Apple's policy, and we cannot bypass it. Since Apple is the merchant of record for all iOS subscriptions, we do not see, charge, refund, or modify payments directly. Wasted 5 minutes before asking me to pay

Let people know this is a paid-only product before your million setup prompts.

Edit: The developer claims in their reply to this review that there is a limited free edition, but there was no way to bypass the pop-up that demanded me to buy PRO. I looked in every corner for an X and I looked closely for any fine print saying to exit. None.

It REALLY Works!

I’m a teacher and small business owner, and it helps me review and understand information in long videos that I have to watch, it helps me make sense of my own thoughts just by dictating what’s on my mind, and it helps my wife with the weekly meetings for the board she is secretary for. She has to keep track of minutes and create and share summaries of what happened at the meetings. CraftNote has literally given us back hours of our day. You also have the option of making your summaries more or less in depth, so if it doesn’t have enough detailed information, you can ask it to create a more detailed one. It will also directly convert and send your summaries, in whatever format you like, through email, text, or many other options. In my honest opinion, it is more than worth the money!

this app is really helpful. i use it for my ranting. i like to see it breakdown everything and how i’m feeling and it just makes it simpler to see the core issues. i do feel like the monthly subscription is a bit high which sucks because i like to rant in videos but you can only upload videos in pro or whatever. but i just use voice memo to rant now because i don’t need pro for that. but anyways, i love this app. i use it everytime i rant or just anything

Amazing Product
