About

Your last lifting logbook. Cragen is a lifting logbook for people who actually lift. Log a set in two taps, plan whatever split you want to run, and log from your Apple Watch so you can leave your phone in your pocket. LOG A SET IN TWO TAPS Weight, reps, done. Plate math figures out what to load. The rest timer starts on its own. Add a note if something felt off. No menus to dig through. KNOW WHEN TO PUSH A daily readiness score looks at how you've been training and how much you've recovered, and tells you whether today's a hard day or a back-off day. LOG FROM YOUR WATCH Leave your phone in your pocket. The Apple Watch app shows your current exercise, the set you're on, your rep target, and a rest timer. Everything syncs back to your phone when you're done. PICK ANY SPLIT Push/Pull/Legs. Upper/Lower. Full Body. Or build a multi-week plan from scratch. Move days around, swap exercises, save a draft and come back to it later. SEE THE NUMBERS GO UP Weekly volume, streaks, milestones, and personal bests, all logged for you. You'll know if you're actually getting stronger instead of guessing. YOUR HISTORY IS YOUR HISTORY Every workout you've ever logged sits on the calendar. Optional Sign in with Apple backup is there if you want it. Create an account to back up and restore your logbook on a new phone. No ads. No tracking. No selling your data. I built Cragen because I got tired of every other gym app. If you've been there too, you'll like this one.

Fixes a bug where newly created custom split and multi-week builder workout days wouldn't let you add exercises. You can now add your first lift and save the day.
