Disabled?
Edit: Oh no. I think I ruined it for everyone. After writing this review I saw I had over 1000 cookie points on the web version, and now I only have 50. Another person on Reddit said their points got reset. Hahahahahaha Oh man...Sorry guys.

This app is HORRIBLE
This app is supposed to let you order online but half the time it doesn’t tell you the cookie options. If you add an individual cookie to your cart, it just takes you to the checkout and doesn’t give you the weekly line up or let you specify what you’re trying to order! Then sometimes it does show some specific cookies you can add to cart, but when I compare it to the website it is missing half of the weekly flavors. At first I thought “maybe that means they are out of those flavors tonight.” But no, I would go through the drive thru and the missing ones would be available. Also it says you get a $5 bonus for signing up and that didn’t happen on my account. I was hoping to use this to get reward points to justify the high cost of their cookies, but since I can’t actually place an order, all those points are lost because our local store always says their reward system is “down” 🙄. Seriously a joke of an app.

No Cookies Shown
I downloaded the app recently and when I go to order through the app there is no list of current cookies. I tap on individual cookie and there are no choices to choose. When I tap on box of 6 there are no choices but yet I can add them to my cart. What cookie will they give me if I add “individual cookie” to my cart when I can’t even select a flavor.
