Quality has dipped and takes forever

Loved the idea and quality used to be great. Now, be prepared to wait over an hour and have poor quality food. Contacted customer service after receiving a terrible order, and was very underwhelmed by how it was handled, especially after countless orders over the last 1.5 years. Uninstalled app and will never order from them again. Whah a shame.

Amazing!

The food from the Boise pie co eatery is phenomenal! I always get the Brie-info down the house! So good! The coffee at cold fire cafe is always amazing, my favorite is the Irish jig! So convenient to order coffee from my house and have it delivered!

Quality of food is in the toilet

Prepare to Pay a premium and get much less than you pay for. Sad because it was good initially.

Food takes forever and never tastes good

Over 2 hours for most deliveries. Food is always cold or poorly made. I’m never impressed. This is for Boise. Maybe other cities are better.

Love it!

Genuinely some of the best food in Boise comes from kitchens hosted by Crave! The new Broadway location is spacious and beautiful. :)

We love crave delivery and their staff and food. We order from them often always quick, ever forget anything, and food is high end quality!! Everyone should try crave!

Love this place

We probably get food from here once a week and are rarely ever disappointed. If we are it is because I like to try something different once in awhile & I just don’t like it. Not that it was not good but because it wasn’t what I was looking for. Never sorry I tried it. The food is perfect..warm, tasty & creative. Delivery is great!

Not too great

This place is basically a giant food factory. Instead of getting food delivered from your local restaurants, this is basically just a giant factory where they manufacture food that is supposed to taste like other restaurants, and then they deliver it to you about 30 minutes late. I did not really enjoy the food either, it was very salty and greasy.

Hello, we are sorry to hear about your experience. You are correct we have a large facility that houses 18 different concepts in Meridian, ID. This allows us to offer our customers the ability to order from 1 or all 18 concepts and get them delivered all together. The concepts offered there were brought to this location based on research done on this area. We offer some concepts from around the nation as well as two local options (The Grove and Mai Thai). We do understand that this model is new and nothing similar has been done in the area. We do our best to communicate how the ordering process works. We are always happy to take feedback and implement change when needed. We would love to speak with you to get more details on your delivery and food experience. Knowing details such as which dishes were salty and greasy can help that concept improve. We've even taken items off of the menu if multiple customers have had a similar experience. App meh, food awesome

Still need an detailed receipt by email, also capability to remove cheese or an ingredient, and ability to view past orders in detail.

Buggy

The ‘touch’ action gets triggered when scrolling through menus. Very frustrating. Loading the app takes awhile. But it works, and the food is great.

The app

I just downloaded the newest version and cannot see any menus. Just keeps taking me to the login screen which I’ve done numerous times. I can see where you added allergies but I’m allergic to fish but not shellfish. Can’t there just be a box to type in other allergy’s?

Bad app and cold food

This application is incredibly unfriendly for the end user. Have you guys ever used DoorDash? Maybe you should do some competitive research before making this garbage.

Absolutely love the variety of option and the ability to mix and match. Deciding what my boyfriend and I want for dinner will never be difficult again!

LOVE the food! Don’t like the app!

The app is hard to navigate. I wish I could order from my computer. The font is small on here and it’s really hard to see all of the choices from each menu. But we love the food and the delivery!

Good food but the app blows

The food that can be ordered is great but the app blows. Can’t search by location so not sure if I am ordering at a restaurant in San Fran or San Diego or Austin...marketing and development need to work together or you will just be another delivery app sucking up VC $ with the wish of getting bought out.

Another crappy delivery service

Food showed up cold and 17 mins after they said it would be at my house. Took the driver 30 mins to drive me food from a location 8 mins from my house. Trying to get it fixed is a joke. No one answers the phone number that you call, it says leave a name and number, no email to contact, no chat, nothing. So spent 50$ and got cold fries and cold burgers and can’t even get ahold of anyone.
What’s joke.
It’s worse then Uber eats or door dash which I hate them too, but at least they actually have someone that fixes the problem when it occurs.

Worth the try!

Food was great and on time. It even came with a personalized note thanking me for the order. Will certainly try more soon! The app is a little buggy- have to tap some things multiple times, but really not that problematic, and likely easy to fix.
