Doesn’t work
App states it is sending me an email for verification it never does. It just gets stuck on the opening page then freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both on and off of WiFi.
Where’s the Chips and Queso?
Trying to do the Meal Deal, and there isn’t a Chips and Queso to order in the app.
Also, I think the process to redeem at the counter could be better, needs to be easier to actually use.

Small improvements but still bad
If you leave the app to go to another app where you have your credit card info saved to look up your CVC number, the Cafe Rio app loses EVERYTHING. Not just the credit card info but the entire order. Nothing is preserved in the shopping cart and you have to begin form scratch (if you don’t give up and order from somewhere else).

Seems to prioritize door dash over app orders
Waited for well past my order window for my food and watched as doordash orders kept getting their food before a whole line of people . . . Would’ve been much shorter to wait in line and avoid the app altogether
Ridiculous Issues
There are some basic functions a food ordering app should have, that this one doesn’t. You can save favorite orders but there’s no way to actually add the saved order to your cart. So what’s the point of saving it?? You also can’t reorder previously ordered items. Also, I was checking out with a gift card and it showed there was a balance, but apparently that balance was wrong and the payment didn’t go through. Instead of allowing me to change the payment it just got rid of my entire order and I had to completely start again. Ridiculous.
