after using it for BNPL airbnbs for a few thousand with no missed payments or bounced bank transactions- i was labeled high risk and not one of my countless mails to support were ever returned. It seems a trend; with BNPL… you seem to be penalized for actually making payments on time and fulfilling obligations on the micro loans. so odd. Nobody has responded to support messages in weeks

Great app. Easy to save money at places I like to shop or buy food.
Easy to Use Money Saver
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years and have watched it mature and become more in-tune with its user base. I’ve been very pleased with it. The fact that it’s totally free, I can use it with sales and coupons, it saves me money at the cash register every time and even allows me to send gift cards to my friends and family, are huge pluses. Being able to pull up merchants in the area is another great feature.

Love this app! It’s so easy to use! I have saved so much money at stores I go to all the time. I have been using the app for over a year and the instant savings really does ad up! I appreciate that it’s faster than swiping an actual credit card, I don’t have to worry about security breaches with my cc info at stores and it’s totally contactless. Definitely a must!

New User; Can’t Add Forms of Payment?
Just imagine having a company whose business model is passing along part of their referral fees to their customers. Now imagine you get a new customer. Now imagine that customer can’t add any forms of payment so your company literally is preventing itself from being paid. What an app!
Deleting ..Never worked properly
Installed the app and gave it a month to operate properly but the payment app denied me on several occasions, kicked me out of my sight, updating the app Caused other problems, I had to reload my cards three times, had to update password several times, had to reload my ID and then the final straw was the blue circle that just spun even when I was able to log in . When it worked it was good and customer support was fast but the frustration was not worth it..

This app is so simple to use. Set up took a minute but once it was all said and done, it is a seamless process to pay merchants and save money at the same time.
Best customer service
Just added the app to my iPhone. Some glitches mostly my fault. Send email to customer service response less than 24 hours with the correct fix. Recommending this to everyone I know.

Disappointed
After a lot of hype around this app I can say I am very disappointed. You can save 1.25% at Home Depot when you buy the gift card through the app. There are no real decent savings here. However, the tipping point was the lack of customer service. The app did not work properly when I first signed up and it took four different emails to customer set for help and got one reply. The answer they provided was to wait for the update. Needless to say even after the update the app if not functioning as promised. Don’t waste your time.

Great app
I was one of the people out of 1000s downloading it at the same time, that made their servers crash over the weekend but they resolved the issue pretty quickly and I’ve been able to use it since Monday without any problems. I’m not sure what people were talking about the $1 charge but I didn’t get any charges. They did withdraw $0.01 and then put it back when I added a card. This isn’t a big deal for me as PayPal and other services do that to verify bank info. Anyways I love this app!!!
