Almost there with security
I love the addition of the authenticator app, even though you still can’t remove sms verification when you have it enabled. It’s a step in the right direction and should definitely include backup codes in case of emergency. and the addition of passkeys as well would help make the system as secure as possible.

I’ve been banking with them since I was young and stuck with them leading into my adult years and not once have I been disappointed with their service, quick and timely responses, friendly customer service staff, I absolutely love this place.

The app is down way too often making it inconvenient to move money or send money to people through Zelle
CD TRANSFER for app please
You cannnot transfer money to your CD accounts. Even if it was a deposit only system, That would be a thousand times preferable than going to a brick and mortar every time you want to do CD transactions.

App keeps crashing when I go to send money through Zelle

Some ppl know what there doing N some dnt but over all they get it done. Great service w coffee n beverages in lounge. There attire is not always welcoming for a bank
What happened?
I used to open the app with Face ID. Now it is no longer there. What happened?
Does not work
App does not work with the new update on IOS. When it calls for verification the call never comes through.
Mobile check deposit
This is a really convenient and easy to use app. The only problem I have is when I go to deposit a check. When I try to take a picture of the check, the app tells me to rotate my device to continue my deposit. I’ve tried just about everything to get it to work.
