New app just launched
Like most apps, it takes a minute to set up the first time, but once that’s done, ordering is effortless — and you can skip the queue at the counter!

As a UX Designer.. this app is terrible
I don’t know where to begin. Probably the fact I wanted to order a dessert via the app from my local cream all to find out you can’t order for every Creams. In fact there’s only 4 Creams in London that you can order from on the app - useless to me and misleading. The app experience is something stuck in 2010 - glitching, poor loading times, poor UX and UI.

Become much worse
Haven’t been in years so whilst it was sad to see they no longer did my go-to waffle, I could understand. However what I hated the most about my experience was the faff of having to download their own useless app and then sign up, probably selling on my details to some shady data broker like every other business these days. And I had to do ALL of this just to then pay £12+ for a pretty standard waffle so I could have it delivered to my table. Ridiculous. Will not be returning to this chain anymore.
