Outcomes

I like the quality of the images and videos but feel like I should not lose credits for misspelled words and unexpected outcomes that were not requested.

Update brings shorter, more expensive videos

Booooooo. “Veo 3” costs at least 100 credits at $11.99 It’s the least accurate of all the models. Don’t use it. It’s a waste of money July update: even more downgrades to the app.

Another July update: I’ve used the last of my credits and won’t be buying any more. I don’t know why they ruined this app. It was fine just a couple months ago, and at its best just a few weeks ago.

More updates, more name changes, more downgrades. You will think it’s your fault that nothing turns out well. They recognize the problems with each update, but there’s never compensation for the money you wasted before they “fix” it. Then want you to pay to test it for them.

Only recommendation is to try a different app.

What happened?

The app was working great, but now, most of the videos are not moving or in a very weird and blurry slo-motion. For such a pricey 10 second video, it shouldn’t be static for 10 seconds. There should be movement. Hope you fix the problem. Not gonna spend another dime until the next update.

Not very good from my experience

The pricing is a bit ridiculous if like me 9 out of ten videos was not what I wanted. And none of the high quality videos worked it kept saying error. I got one high quality video to work which is 5 times more that a regular video and when it was done it was so disappointing. So very mad that I wasted so much money on this bunk app. 👎🏻👎🏻

All the app did was zoom in
And zoom out. Did nothing to make the photo come alive. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Much too expensive. It is not possible to demo this software first either, which is just plain dumb. When you start the app, and navigate through the introductory pages, you are given three options of something to ‘create’, which I assume is meant to be a demo, but this is just lame gaslighting, as the AI creates nothing based on these options, they are just preset samples which have already been created earlier. To the developers - if you want me to spend money on your expensive credits system - £10 /$10 for 5 measly credits (you get 100 credits but a creation costs you 20 credits so in reality you get 5 credits - 5 tries for £10 / $10!!! 🤮), you could at least allow new users a few free credits to genuinely try out the AI engine for themselves and see if they like it first. Showing a few pre-made samples is worthless, and proves nothing. For all I know, it may require the reworking of the AI video over and over and over again, costing hundreds of credits to reach the level of near-perfection shown in your samples. I highly doubt the results come out looking that polished after just one attempt! For this reason it seems you are hiding something and I would never purchase credits for something like this without first being able to sample it. Even if I could sample it first, the credits are MUCH too expensive. I hope your tight-fisted greed and uncharitable spirit will be your absolute undoing.
