New website & app
The new website is poor when is switch over my membership was cancelled I had to pay full price my membership as been sorted now but waiting to refunded me the over charged.
The app if you look at the delivery status you can’t go back to shop I got to switch phone off & switch back on to look again.

It’s like trying to get out of a maze
Absolutely hopeless I couldn’t find anything of the products I was looking for finally found one collection put it in my basket went back to add something else and the collection I had put in my basket was gone sick of it deleted the app.
Hopeless!!
It’s just impossible to see what is on a show as a list of items that can be purchased. Needs a shop the show service. I wouldn’t even give it one star if I could. Would just like to be able to buy easily from the app when watching a show. Hopeless!!

You are going to lose a lot of custom with this app. If I could I would give no stars. It’s a shame but giving up and deleting app.
