New website & app
The new website is poor when is switch over my membership was cancelled I had to pay full price my membership as been sorted now but waiting to refunded me the over charged.
The app if you look at the delivery status you can’t go back to shop I got to switch phone off & switch back on to look again.

It’s like trying to get out of a maze
Absolutely hopeless I couldn’t find anything of the products I was looking for finally found one collection put it in my basket went back to add something else and the collection I had put in my basket was gone sick of it deleted the app.
Hopeless!!
It’s just impossible to see what is on a show as a list of items that can be purchased. Needs a shop the show service. I wouldn’t even give it one star if I could. Would just like to be able to buy easily from the app when watching a show. Hopeless!!

You are going to lose a lot of custom with this app. If I could I would give no stars. It’s a shame but giving up and deleting app.

Have downloaded the app and can not figure out how to order. Completely rubbish

Advertised on create and craft tv to download the app onto your Apple TV but it’s not compatable and doesn’t appear on the appletv App Store.

Since the change of the app I love the exclusive content and playlist on the app!

Wish I had not updated. Update does not work - will be cancelling my membership as now impossible to order.

Since you’ve changed from what it was a few months ago I was really happy with it would have scored you a good 5, but now this new system is completely rubbish can’t get on the web to order products, you type in an item & you keep getting sorry item not found!! It was better when you watched the program & scrolled down to buy your products but you can’t do that now. Please go back to how it was

On the show they say we can watch rewind from the app, so WHY can’t I? Get it sorted with create an craft then I will amend my star rating

This is difficult to use to purchase items. Many of the capabilities from the website are not available on the app.

I downloaded the app and I am not able to place a order. I go to the shopping cart and it is empty. I don’t know what to do and no where is there customer support or service.

App doesn’t work. Able to watch Create and Craft live TV on it but nothing else works at all. Disappointing.

Picture fine ..cannot access drop down tabs every now and then it appears but before I can use it , it disappears again. Very annoying
