Creatify runs on an agentic workflow: each ad goes through multiple generation and refinement passes so you end up with a usable, on-brand video rather than a one-shot gamble — that's where the credits go. Shorter clips use fewer credits, and the app shows the exact cost before anything is generated. If you create regularly, larger credit packs bring the per-video cost down significantly — and we're continuously evaluating newer, more cost-efficient models and will be rolling out more affordable workflows in upcoming updates. Excellent Video Quality, but Too Many Unusable Generations
I purchased the $199.99 plan, but about 90% of the videos generated for my brand have been unusable due to frequent pronunciation errors, totally unnatural scenes like a woman with three hands, and unexpected typos introduced by the AI. The biggest issue is that every failed generation still consumes credits, leaving me with very little usable content despite paying for the service.
I have already contacted customer support twice and have not received any response.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution, whether by restoring the credits lost to these failed generations, extending my subscription, or providing another fair solution. I truly hope the team improves this because the platform has great potential, but the current experience has been very frustrating.

We've since reviewed our support inbox process so that every message gets a human reply, fast. On quality: AI video still produces the occasional odd take — that's exactly why plans work on credits, so you can re-roll a scene instead of starting over. But your results clearly fell short of what most creators get out of Creatify, and we want to fix that personally.
