Login broken
Does not accept credentials that work on website to login. Depreciate app if you are not going to support it
Non functional
I’ve never been able to log in. I reached out to my “plan administrator” multiple times but still got nowhere.
Login Does Not Work
Updated and changed passwords, Username, emails and directly copy/pasted from website to app, yet still login functionality does not work on the app.
Impossible to log in
Does not accept my credentials! Works fine in my safari browser but cannot log in at all using this app.

App is useless! Can't even login when using the same credentials as the website.
No Landscape Mode
Needs to work in landscape mode. Not going to use this otherwise.
Terrible app
Why did you change the app? The old app was even better than this one! My question is, why change a good thing? This new app is not informative of my account at all. Why does a big financial company have an app that doesn’t help the investor whatsoever? Please go back to the drawing board and get a better app.

Won’t let me log in
I use the same login details as the web version and can’t log in.
Won’t let me sign in
I sometimes have this issue on the creative planning website as well, but I can usually figure it out by resetting my password. On the app, nothing works, it will always tell me invalid username or password. Creative planning would be better off not having an app than offering this piece of trash.
Rudimentary
It literally looks like a freshman in high school made this app as a class project. Extremely basic and of little value. You can check your balances and get minimal charts of your historical account values.
Have some pride and get a developer make an app that is useful.

Nice to be able to see all accounts in one place. Gives basic info like returns, balances, allocations.

Was a solid app until I recently upgraded to iPhone XR. Now, the app crashes every time I try to open it.
It won’t even open with iOS 12.1.2
Please fix it.
