Software seems worthless
The app does not detect speakers that have been plugged in and when connected to my Google Account to try to add a device to see if it works that way, none of the dropdown menus seem to be scrollable, so I cannot even select my correct country of residence or device

Crashes immediately when my Katana V2 soundbar is connected.

sadly not on their list of supported devices , should you wish to tweak EQ settings .

Not sure why this app has such low ratings…downloaded it to set the RGB on my Pebble X Plus and it works flawlessly
Does not work
It does not work. We got Creative Pebble X Plus. When we launch the app it does not connect to the speaker neither through the USB - C cable nor via bluetooth. Bad app. Vibe code a better one.
No option for pebble pro
Download because it was supposed to make setting up easy but it failed at the fist hurdle, does not support Pebble Pro
Literally does nothing on MacOS
Doesn’t detect the SoundBlaster X1 on my MacBook Pro 2019 running 15.7.2…can’t even register the product. Totally useless. I don’t have a Windows PC so I can’t even EQ this thing which is why I got it in the first place. Now it’s just trash. Why say in the instructions that it works on Mac and have a Mac app if it does nothing?

Doesn’t do anything
I have the Pebble X speakers connected to my computer via the USB-C connection. When I launch this app it just says “Connect your Creative devices to experience the Creative App”. It doesn’t detect my connected speakers and there are no buttons or anything to make it scan for devices. This app is worthless. I only downloaded the app to see if I could get left/right balance control and mic input from my headphones through the port on my speaker. All this is supposed to work according to Creative’s website. It doesn’t, their Mac support is terrible. Beware!

App works smoothly with the earbuds where there is option to customise EQ and switch ANC or Ambient Mode on or off.

Disappointing
Just added a pair of Pebble Pro speakers to my MAC. Can’t find the speakers in the desktop app or the iPhone app. Totally frustrating experience. These speakers have a great reputation but the app support is a total stain on the reputation of Creative. Wouldn’t seek their products again. Try harder guys,

Esta aplicación no vale para la barra de sonido SB GS5, pero viendo que la app para movil ya ni funciona supongo que no valdrá para ninguna barra. El peor desarrollo de aplicaciones que he visto en mucho tiempo tanto para Mac como para iOS. Por ahora 80 euros para una barra que suena genial pero que el soporte que da Creative es nulo y las aplicaciones son peor aun…

purtoppo vedo che l'app è stata recensita diversi anni addietro da altri utenti ma lo spunto per migliorarla non si è acceso. Anche io riprendo il tema ,ma non per dire che non funziona,ma per dire che cito testualemte da vs mail:
" Desideriamo informarla che purtroppo questo modello altoparlanti è compatibile solo con la versione Windows dell'applicazione Creative App (versione desktop).
Inoltre se desidera usare la versione desktop, su Windows, deve connettere gli altoparlanti via connessione USB per poter permettere al software di vedere il prodotto - se li connette via Bluetooth, il software non li riconoscerà." fine citazione.
In un mondo dove IOs è altrettanto diffuso quanto windows non si può lasciare un app che gira solo su quest'ultimo, non ha senso trovarla su App Store e vedere che è di una mediocrità disarmante rispetto a windows. Per questo dopo averla provata su macbook e aver visto come gira su win dò una stella e spero, anche se non credo, che questo possa mettere la giusta voglia agli sviluppatori di lavorarci sopra.

Very poor support
Very poor support in katana v2x. The subwoofer is constantly humming and you can't hear the clarity of the performers singing. at any settings. I am very disappointed with this purchase, which is also very expensive. I do not recommend
Application pleine de bug
Fonctionne avec la GC7, mais avec beaucoup de bug : Plantage récurent; impossibilité de sauvegarder réellement les paramètres de l’équaliseur; la plus part du temps, le réglage des options ne fonctionnes tout simplement pas et acune mise à jour de correction de bug depuis 4 ans… Bref déçu de Creative qui n’a plus l’air de ce qu’il était dans les années 2000-2010.

Completely worthless
If I could give this zero stars, I would. I have no idea what the purpose of this app even is. It doesn’t even recognize my connected speakers. And it’s nearly as bad on Android.
