Multiple difficulties in set up
Multiple attempts to update w/o success then finally get one to succeed. Unable to get string of lights to respond. Showing all white ! No themes load. Very frustrated/ these worked for Christmas but now seem useless.
Overpriced garbage
Absolute garbage. The app is terrible, took me days to get working (a few hours at a time). Then when I did get it working the app just isn’t easy to use. I do not recommend
Broken app
Terrible breaks all the time glitches with my device connecting saying wifi ain’t working when it is working so I have to do the whole reset part all over again.
Why can’t we create scenes anymore?
Why was the Seanne creator button removed?
Worst ever
Worst ever I’m shocked Apple promotes this on there website. You have to wait in your bedroom a minute for it to establish a connection.. and my router is in the bedroom Netgear.. also have to delete the app every 3 months and reconnect reboot your router.. the pairing is a joke they give you like 5 seconds to establish a pair then you have to screw it in very fast.. the reboot is even more worse.. turn on off 3 seconds red light flashes. The light bulb works 2 years then complete throw out. Not worth buying or investing in.. get a different none app lightbulb these are garbage…
