About

Crebral Scribe listens to the visit and drafts the note while you talk, so you can look at your patient instead of a screen. The audio never leaves the phone. Speech is turned into text on the device itself, and only that text goes to your clinic's system to draft the note. No audio upload, no third party, no analytics or advertising code in the app. Every visit starts with consent. The app records the patient's consent before the microphone turns on, and there's no way to skip that step. While you're recording it stays visible on screen and in a Live Activity, so nobody's in any doubt about what's happening. HOW IT WORKS Sign in and you land on your day. Tap a patient to open their chart, take consent, and start the visit. The note fills in section by section as you talk. When you stop, you review the draft, change what needs changing, and push it to the chart. CHECK IT, DON'T TRUST IT Every claim in the draft links back to the part of the conversation it came from, with the timestamp, so you can read the source rather than take the note's word for it. Anything the app can't ground in something that was actually said gets flagged for you instead of sitting quietly in the note. WHAT YOU NEED Crebral Scribe works with a Crebral clinic account, so you'll need one to sign in. If your practice doesn't have one yet, get in touch at team@crebral.ai. Requires iOS 27.

What's New in Crebral Scribe

1.0.1

September 18, 2026

The front desk has a new home. The clinic name leads the screen and opens the clinic switcher, today's schedule shows who has arrived, and patient faces are on every row. Booking shows free times before it asks for one. Providers get a Mine / All switch on the day view, on iPhone and iPad, so your own visits come first and the whole clinic is one tap away. On iPad, neuroscience charts get an Imaging tab. Siri reads only the clinic you are in and says the app's name properly. Fixes: long clinic names no longer hide the Settings and history buttons, and patient photos now load on the front desk.
