Dissatisfied and Disappointed regarding longstanding issues yet attended to despite several complain
The customer service is poor and the process is a lot less than what it’s being said of.. i have an application with a status showing it’s been approved yet it’s been pending for over 48 hours and I am yet to get any positive results and this is a very frustrating situation for me considering the situation with which I was compared to applying for the loan this is a devastating service you render and it’s also my second time experiencing such pain and ugly experience in the process of getting a loan from you and i don’t appreciate the inconvenience caused by this service 🤬
