Poor monitoring
Credit Karma has based my rating on a nuisance claim put in by Rogers communications. I have an email from Roger’s saying that I have a credit for $200, and have tried to pass that information on. I got a huge run around. The original false claim was for $455. Since that time I had paid off the remaining balance of a car loan for $7700, no change; and every bill remains paid in advance!

Numbers Change for No Reason
From one day to the next number goes up then it goes down for no real reason - nothing changing in credit card balance except payments with a balance going down! No new credit checks etc!

Pretty much the same as any other credit reporting app, or bank account app feature, but with credit card offers.
Would be cool if they could include ways to contact lenders/collection agencies; especially with advice on how to improve credit scores by negotiation and such.
Also, you should be able to be addressed by the app/emails by the name you go by (nickname, preferred name, middle name) instead of only your legal first name.
