Best decision I have ever made downloading this app. It keeps up up to date on the importance in monitoring my score.
Unsophisticated
Its scoring is based on data that is usually a month old and is never up to date. Your score is negatively affected if you go over 50% of your credit limit on any of your cards despite your ability to pay it off in full without incurring interest charges (which l always do). These agencies have no idea of your cash savings and your ability to service short term credit card debt without incurring interest charges. All in all the systems they use are crude and rather meaningless.

Poor monitoring
Credit Karma has based my rating on a nuisance claim put in by Rogers communications. I have an email from Roger’s saying that I have a credit for $200, and have tried to pass that information on. I got a huge run around. The original false claim was for $455. Since that time I had paid off the remaining balance of a car loan for $7700, no change; and every bill remains paid in advance!
