Frustrated Feature
One of the most frustrating features of this app is that the bank can disable your ability to transfer money between your own accounts when your car loan is 30 days past due. Instead of making it easier to catch up on payments, they force you to call and ask them to remove the block before you can access your own funds to make a payment. That policy is inconvenient, unnecessary, and makes it harder for customers to resolve a past-due loan. It simply doesn’t make sense.

Payment issues
On multiple occasions I have paid my car payment, go through the review and submit but the app will not actually take payment. Therefore giving you a false sense of security thinking you made your payment on time just to be surprised that the app never processed your payment making you late on payment.
