CU1 has been a god send.

We have been with Cu1 now for I believe 6 or 7 years. They have helped us tremendously though out that time. And had been easy to work with.

Payment issues

On multiple occasions I have paid my car payment, go through the review and submit but the app will not actually take payment. Therefore giving you a false sense of security thinking you made your payment on time just to be surprised that the app never processed your payment making you late on payment.

I like this bank a lot

I love everyone and love going to my local branch on Kodiak, Alaska, and never have a single problem with the mobile app.

Not complicated at all.

New customer to Credit Union1. I use the mobile app because I don’t live close enough to a branch. It’s easy to use and not complicated. Everything works as it should.
