Great But Could Be Faster
I love CUO & been with them for years! My app has never let me down & never had any issues with my accounts. My only issue is how slow the transactions can take to slow up (even those pending) & the Zelle transactions. I don’t want to over-draft my account so when I send or transfer money I need that to be updated ASAP. For reference I use Capital One’s app & all transactions are updated ASAP so I’m not making a mistake & spending more than I actually have and I can see how much is remaining after a transfer. This is my biggest issue with this app & if that can be fixed it would be a very solid app!

The staff at the hall rd branch are the friendliest and so helpful. I’ve been a customer for years and could not imagine banking anywhere else. Katie and Dina, and the rest of the staff make banking a pleasure!

No longer able to unlock w phone PIN
What happened to being able to unlock your account/open the app using the PIN assigned to unlock your phone? Just don’t work any more? Nice update.

Was great, and then it logged me out and forced me to update my password.

Stopped being able to access my accounts
Went in several times in person due to an issue being able to actually see and access my (open) accounts, each time they said it was fixed but the problems only got worse until my login stopped working altogether. Had to withdraw my money in person before switching to a different financial institution.

Ridiculous Service with A Trash App
Credit union one app is totally non-functional and does not have any important functions available. I called the helpline last week for helping me in making the payment for my credit card (I called helpline because app was not allowing me do this basic function), on phone they kept transferring me from one to another person to another and finally someone helped me after 25 minutes. Such a waste if time and energy for such a basic function which should take 30 seconds.

DEVELOPER!!! PLEASE FIX FOR IPAD (October 2023)
The latest version messed up the operation on ipad, now rotates counteclockwise and not head-up like it’s supposed to. Very annoying. I do not use the app on my phone.
What happened to landscape mode?
Everything that I have used in this app works just as it should. But I really miss landscape mode while using my ipad. Can you restore this functionality?

It’s great when working correctly. It now locks up and it is locked in vertical . Please fix.
