Very buggy
2nd time I’ve tried to use app. It needs work. About to check out and it doesn’t show account info. I hunt for it, try to sign in and password is wrong. Ok I’ll reset it. Nope. Link doesn’t work. App or mobile web! Very frustrating. I also think app needs zoom on images and better sort options. Also can’t click on a brand name within listing. I don’t recommend. They need to seriously test and improve this.

Points disappear and when I go to select items with my points they NEVER show up in my order.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to add things to my cart but it simply won’t appear there. Also, all my points disappeared even tho I never used any. I would absolutely love to replace Sephora with Credo but your system is sketchy unfortunately. Update: so looks like they’ve fixed that problem but now I can’t REMOVE items from my cart. Worst app ever, sorry. Very frustrating! I wonder how much money you’ve lost bc of this?

Literally preventing me from buying
I’m so frustrated. I’m about to just go order from Amazon. Over the last two days the app on my iPhone and my iPad is not letting me add or remove items from my cart so I can’t check out.
Keeps crashing
I just downloaded this app maybe five minutes ago and it’s already crashed twice. It won’t even load now. I love Credo Beauty but this app is frustrating.
App can be buggy
I love credo!! And my review here is for the app, not the brand/products I have purchased. I have found the app to be a bit buggy. It doesn’t seamlessly tie my cart from my desktop to my phone even though I’ve logged in. It also has not allowed me to remove a product from my cart (this seems to be a bug on the website and in my app). I logged out and in and deleted and reinstalled and it still happened. Which is weird because sometimes I can’t get my carts to transfer at all! Ultimately, I will still purchase from this store and support shopping from the app! But wanted the dev team to know that it’s been a bit buggy especially in the checkout phase.

Love Credo
I was so excited to download the app. The products are amazing. The review is for the app. I found it a bit buggy in the subscription section. It was difficult to just click and edit the ship date. I was also unable to access the reviews while in shopping mode. I use those to make selections so maybe it was just my phone. Otherwise I'm appreciative of the app.
