Why are preorder items unavailable on the app?
good app :)
the app does allow international shipping now (ordered from the UK). easy to check out and find items & retailers. the wishlist function doesn’t seem to be working unfortunately though, but if this was fixed the app would be pretty much perfect :)
Needs a new UX designer
The company itself is wonderful; customer service was always friendly and the clothes are to die for however this an APP review. The UX design of the ios app is horrible. The “wishlist” feature doesn’t work, just stays in a continuous load. It also says “oops an error occurred!”, it’s been like this for over 2 months now. The search categories differ from the web version, so I always find different things when using both. PLEASE hire someone to work on your app/site

Take forever to get your order.
Too expensive
The fashion is gorgeous and aesthetically unique and pleasing, however it is VERY pricey.
