About

Download free and try the full case-chain workflow for 7 days, a complete 168 hours. Record intake, identification, cremation start, sealing, and return in one respectful sequence. After the trial, one non-consumable purchase permanently unlocks every feature. Every pet entrusted to an aftercare facility deserves a record that preserves identity and respects the family. Cremation Case Log provides a one-way case sequence, unique tag and seal references, a fixed certificate, and encrypted backup, all under the facility's control. The case begins at intake: record the case reference, pet and family details, the date, and receiving information, creating one clear entry that follows the case instead of loose notes. An identification tag reference is assigned and checked as part of the chain, with uniqueness rules preventing the same tag value from being used for two local cases. The app preserves what staff entered; it does not scan biology or independently prove identity. The workflow moves in one direction through defined stages: intake, identification, cremation start, sealing, and return, so a later stage cannot appear complete while an earlier step remains unrecorded. At cremation start, staff record the event associated with the case. The app does not control cremation equipment, ignite a unit, set a temperature or duration, or read machine telemetry; physical operations stay entirely outside the app. After the process is complete, a seal reference can be recorded for the container, with uniqueness checks distinguishing one local entry from another; the value is staff-entered, not a government-issued credential. The final return stage records the handoff event and details needed to understand that the case reached the end of the sequence. The app does not send an automatic message or verify the recipient's identity. Each stage is an event in the chain, so staff can review which steps were recorded, when, and with which identifiers. The generated certificate is a snapshot of the case record, summarizing identifiers and milestones staff entered. It is an internal facility record, not a legal, veterinary, or regulatory certification, and does not establish ownership or confirm compliance. There is no facial recognition, image recognition, DNA matching, microchip verification, or biometric confirmation. The app cannot compare a pet, tag, or remains and declare a match; it records identifiers staff have already checked, and cannot eliminate every possibility of human error. No account is required, and there is no hosted family portal or staff directory. Case details, identifiers, stage events, notes, and certificates stay on the device used by the facility. There is no cloud synchronization, and the app does not share cases among facilities or support simultaneous editing. Encrypted backup lets a facility create a protected copy of its records; store it per the facility's privacy and retention procedures, keep the passphrase separate from the file, and limit access to authorized staff. Encryption does not replace a device passcode and controlled access. There is no online payment, invoices, customer portal, or automatic SMS, and no outside provider directory is connected. The 7-day trial begins at first use and lasts 168 consecutive hours, including case creation, stage transitions, tag and seal references, certificate output, and encrypted backup and restore. After the trial, Permanent Unlock is a one-time non-consumable purchase with no monthly or annual fee. Restore existing purchases from the purchase screen. Before live use, compare the app's fields and sequence with the facility's written chain-of-custody procedure, and maintain any official permit or record required outside this app. Cremation Case Log is built to support care, not automate it: a calm, deliberate sequence in which each identifier and handoff is recorded before the next stage, helping staff preserve the continuity owed to every pet and family.
