Very poor customer service
About 3 weeks ago I should have attended an appointment for laser eye surgery at 09.10 am. Due to the nature of this I was warned not to drive. As it was a busy time of day I booked my cab with Cresta the day before. Despite numerous phone calls to their office my cab didn’t turn up and the clinic were forced to cancel my appointment and put me back on the waiting list. Very unreliable service from Cresta.
As a follow on from this I emailed Cresta with my complaint. That was over 2 weeks ago and they have still not even taken the time to reply. I would give them no stars if possible.

You guys are a joke
Literally waited over 2hrs for a taxi from the hospital. You might as well closed down the whole business, plus your drivers are so rude.

Book a taxi through the app but they can’t carry out the job!! Waste of time!
The worst service ever
If you care about your money never book this company,I book a ride for an estimate price between £9-10.60 and when I arrived my destination they charge me almost £13.the driver call the call center and they said I need to pay the final price and that they don’t care about the estimate price and he said that they chafe me for every traffic light stop 30-40p.Trust me never use it !

Never using again.
I don’t know what happened because I used to use cresta before uber was popular and it was amazing. Never late, always great friendly drivers and now it’s horrible. I had somewhere to be at 6 o’clock so I pre booked the minibus 2 hours early and I did it for half 5. It was 10 minutes late so I rang up and they said it would be another 10 minutes so I waited. It’s now 6:15 and it still isn’t here. What’s the point in pre booking if the taxi isn’t gonna be here on time?? It even charges a booking fee.

If your looking to pay by card forget it they won’t pick your ride rattling guys
Poor functionality
This app is not fit for purpose. When booking a ride, the app will glitch multiple times and when you have finally secured a ride, the app will then notify you that they are still looking for a driver. Once this error has passed, there is now the issue of the map glitching between your current location and Algeria!

Worst app I have ever used and the taxi drivers have terrible attitudes, they also stick on 30/40p charges when you use your card by keeping the meter running! Had countless arguments with them

Booked and paid for a taxi on here and got the text to confirm booking and found out 15 minutes later itd been cancelled. Rang up and asked why and they said they just cant send the taxi. I got my money back but what kind of excuse is that and why accept the booking in the first place and make me wait 15 minutes?

Price quotes is at least 30% lower than actual fare. Drivers are scammers

Won’t be using cresta again I’ve been late to work nearly everyday for the past month because the taxis come whenever they want, I book the taxi 15 minutes before work and they decide to come 10-20 minutes late because they don’t move from where they’re parked until they feel like it.

Most of the time when I book a taxi from Cresta, they are around an hour late. Today’s driver was parked in the middle of the road. Knowing that I’m visually impaired with my cane.

You book a cab for 8pm but they don’t start calling the taxi for you till that time.
Don’t bother, stick to Uber.

Too expensive
I paid £6 for a £3.50 journey this morning uber is a lot cheaper, the apps also very unreliable and drivers don't always take on the job even when you can see them on the screen
Not working
Booked taxi for this morning using app on Friday, but can't even log in to check since update.
Disappointed
Worked great for a while but now I can't log in all I get is log in failed! I've tried to reregister but it won't let me. Multiple bug fixes and I still can't log in can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong

Sends the activation code to my phone then says Update Available and goes back to the registration page
