100$ for an app they cant keep updated. Does not work on ios 15.4
Have used it for years . . .
Without any problems for my home theater and wine cellar. I did have my Crestron system programmed by a professional AV guy, ie I didn’t try to program anything myself. My only complaint is that I paid $100 for this app and I can’t share it with my wife or kids. So my wife also had to pay $100 for the app. You should be allowed to share it with at least one other person, preferably four people.

Paid $100 and it doesn’t work at all
Put in all my Crestron home system info and got a message saying the app isn’t supported and now it does nothing. I only have a crestron app on one ipad and would love to be able to control the heat, lights and TVs in my house. But I try to download more and get charged and they don’t work.

Crestron APP
This app is the biggest waste of cash, called Crestron to be able to connect this app to my WiFi in coach they said that you have to buy it, after figuring out you cannot connect it to the WiFi called them back, after talking to other techs they came to the conclusion you cannot connect it to WiFi, which makes A big $99.00 waste of money! Just use the main panel just as easy!!

Platform Not Supported
After downloading the app, and putting in all the required details, I received an error message “Platform Not Supported”. The feedback I am getting is that my iPhone X is too new and the screen display is incompatible with the interface. Really? Please issue a refunded.

When I try to make some changes on the iphone ou ipad Settings, the app close. I use iOS 13.1.2.

For those who said they can’t get past conditions page don’t listen to them. Works perfectly fine. Morons using an app and not being patient. Crestron works flawlessly when you have a good programmer and good integrator. Ignore other reviewers comments as they simply don’t have either of those. App works as it should when programmed properly. Don’t blame Crestron for poor programmers and integrators.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the app is not not optimized for IPhone X which should be coming in an update.

I did the app update last month & now I can’t connect to my home system!!

Updated - now stuck in terms and conditions/privacy policy page
I have checked the boxes to accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. The “accept” button is not working. My app will now not go to my user screen. It controls my TV’s, Heat, lights, etc. Come on Crestron this is not a cheap system. Help!

Terrible System
Can’t get passed the accept conditions page! Had trouble from the start with this POS system.....Wish I could do it all over again, would NEVER use Crestron!!
