Never worked
Purchased a doorbell 3 weeks ago however this app has never worked! Avoid like the plague!

The chime is now closer to the doorbell-but still it won’t show me who has been at the door - sometimes it does and sometimes it just won’t it’s very frustrating to be honest I’ve rebooted a few times but still not great

No help at all
Got this, won’t log in. Told they would phone, haven’t. I called again, apparently I’ll get a message when it’s working ?! 2 weeks, nothing. Genuinely the worst customer service for a massive tech company I’ve seen. Then they have the cheek to charge a quid less for new customers…..
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t log in no matter what, apparently known issue for weeks but still selling the doorbell, been told 7-10 days till issue fixed, won’t hold my breath going by reviews from a month ago says 7-10 days to fix and still not fixed, and the the reply below I have contact yourselfs and that’s what yous have told me it just doesn’t work poor service expected better from sky

it’s 2026 FFS!
The shortest possible power and data leads and no means of powering main doorbell beyond its short battery. Oh and unable to extend system as none of the components are available to buy separately. Genius!
