Unable To Watch Content

As a Virgin Media subscriber with a Sky Sports package, I used to be able to use this app to watch football on the go. Since the last update, I constantly get told that the content is unavailable. It’s even told me I am in an unsupported location, despite my IP showing as being in London.

I have the app and paid subscription but unfortunately I can’t watch it on my iPad which is a real pain. Just sends me round in circles informing me that I need a subscription which I have. Be warned everyone
