Unable To Watch Content
As a Virgin Media subscriber with a Sky Sports package, I used to be able to use this app to watch football on the go. Since the last update, I constantly get told that the content is unavailable. It’s even told me I am in an unsupported location, despite my IP showing as being in London.

I have the app and paid subscription but unfortunately I can’t watch it on my iPad which is a real pain. Just sends me round in circles informing me that I need a subscription which I have. Be warned everyone

It used to say if a match was viewable via sky sports why does it not now show this
Great but needs tweaking
Great news up dates and match reports, however the scores section needs fixing as when you look for up and coming fixtures it gives you the fixtures for 2025
Not working over data
This was a great app, previously - but the current version only appears to work over WIFI. (in spite of all of my other apps working over data and data being turned on for this app).

How much worse can you make it
The recent changes to the app are awful. For the money they rob from me to use their services, I’m now being greeted with I’m in a location where access isn’t granted. The Midlands by the way!!!!

Top sports news app but inexplicably they’ve made it harder to quickly see who has scored when checking live scores.

Pointless attempting to get into this now as a virgin customer constantly going around in a loop from watch to open app it never used to be like this pointless exercise

Sky Sports is a very good sports app. With a subscription, I can watch live sports like the Premier League.
Keeps Getting Worse
Last few weeks kept forcing cookie choices on me every time I opened the app. Now nothing happens. Just stuck on the logo page. Deleted and reinstalled but no change. App has been in steady decline for ages. Overloaded with adverts for dodgy services and products. Time to permanently delete.
Deleted after you adding reels to the app.
Not every app has to imitate TikTok and their addictive endless scrolling reels.

The new sky sports app is rubbish the section for the live scores is not even set up for mobile devices or iPads, very disappointing,

Would you like to read the breaking story that’s just released? Tough luck, click the notification and watch as it disappears from existence.
Unfortunately this sort of issue is prevalent throughout the app, often not loading what you’re trying to access multiple times.
At this point, it is quicker and less frustrating to google search for news as opposed to using this shoddily-designed app.

Despite having a subscription trying to watch selected games is mostly impossible. Click the game you want asks you to open app. Open app sends you back again.

Keep freezing
Trying to watch Cardiff city versus Norwich city match in the carabao cup (25th August) and it keeps freezing. Very annoying. Sort it out.
