Pawsquad at your front door

Really good service, waited about 5 minutes and had a video chat, sometimes that is all you need to put your mind at rest, Raquel made me feel confident again about looking after my wee cat. Thank you PawSquad and thank you PDSA insurance for giving me this service as part of my policy

Great service

So pleased to use paws quad. Coincidentally I have had the same vet 3 times I have called. Brill for consistency, no need to go through back story. Last time pawsquad vet suggested instead of attending vet on weekend await Monday. Vets administered 7 day pain relief. 7 day AB. Re check still bloody anal glands so extended AB 3 days. 2 days later still blood in stool. Pawsquad said re visit vet. Delighted to be informed as opposed to neurotic!

Reassuring chat

I spoke to two great vets today. They both talked me through what Bailey is going through and reassured me that he is in the right place and getting the right treatment that my best mate deserves
Thank you

Incredible

A* service, my tiny Yorkie stole a packet of Settlers from my handbag and started to eat one when we found her, she seemed fine but wanted some guidance and reassurance, I immediately turned to this service and 5 mins later I was talking to a fabulous vet who gave me all the advice I needed. Thank you Pawsquad for being there so quickly and efficiently.

First time user - very impressed

I was unsure if my dog needed emergency treatment. I didn’t know if I was over worrying or not as he is currently being investigated for illness. The vet was fantastic, listening to my concerns and assessing my dog over video. I would most definitely use this service again
