Really good service, waited about 5 minutes and had a video chat, sometimes that is all you need to put your mind at rest, Raquel made me feel confident again about looking after my wee cat. Thank you PawSquad and thank you PDSA insurance for giving me this service as part of my policy

So pleased to use paws quad. Coincidentally I have had the same vet 3 times I have called. Brill for consistency, no need to go through back story. Last time pawsquad vet suggested instead of attending vet on weekend await Monday. Vets administered 7 day pain relief. 7 day AB. Re check still bloody anal glands so extended AB 3 days. 2 days later still blood in stool. Pawsquad said re visit vet. Delighted to be informed as opposed to neurotic!

A* service, my tiny Yorkie stole a packet of Settlers from my handbag and started to eat one when we found her, she seemed fine but wanted some guidance and reassurance, I immediately turned to this service and 5 mins later I was talking to a fabulous vet who gave me all the advice I needed. First time user - very impressed
I was unsure if my dog needed emergency treatment. I didn’t know if I was over worrying or not as he is currently being investigated for illness. The vet was fantastic, listening to my concerns and assessing my dog over video. I would most definitely use this service again

My dogs would often have gastrointestinal problems so I know not to panic when others around me would, I find we are scare mongered into seeing the vets for every single ailment that arises with our dogs and personally I think that some things can be managed alone. I spoke with Dr Jennifer who advised me exactly how I was feeling I should manage my situation for both my dogs who took sick together. I know my dogs well and she just backed up what I felt was right and I’m forever grateful for that. Most vets jump on upselling so when a vet is frank and honest with me I truly appreciate that from them. Highly recommend this service!

Issue with selecting Partner details
Keep getting stuck on Step 3 of 4 after selecting to “Update Partner Details” that I have pet insurance with. “I’m not with a partner” option is also automatically selected so can’t get past this. It’s like a viscous circle. Could you please look into it?
Excellent alternative to a visit to local vet
I can’t speak highly enough of the service provided. A very short wait for a video consultation with a very knowledgeable vet followed up with a different vet later in the day. Particularly good for our Brittany because she gets very anxious at the vets. Our membership is via Yumove which is an incredible benefit. Thanks to all.

Would accept suggested special characters in password and once I found one that worked, the email address kept asking to be verified so gave up
Fantastic app
This app saved me an unnecessary journey to out of hours vet and more stress for my cat. Having access to a vet 24/7 is a wonderful idea and saved a lot of worrying. Brilliant app and wonderful vets
Tbh rubbish
I was worried about my dog…they basically told me what I already found out on google…pretty much word for word…charged me £24…complete rubbish
