Needs improvement
Would I rather spend a bunch of 1p or 5p when there’s 19,999,999 tickets available. Or would I rather spend £8 a ticket for better odds, I go for the £8 every time and I’m not made of money, I’m just not stupid to think I’d stand much chance at those odds. This is the biggest downfall not enough variety of odds for different things like other comp sites. Also, I’m not a fan of dark displays. I always have my phone set on light mode. Light mode feels more professional and is the standard. Dark mode gives young male, gamer, tech male energy and I don’t enjoy using dark mode, I can’t explain it, it’s like a mental block for my brain. Fix these things and I’d be a regular user, clear odds especially, not where I have to scroll down to see the odds.

Sign up doesn’t work
Tried to sign up with 3 of my email addresses, on the app and the website. Each one created an error “Unable to verify email. Please check for typos and try again”. Gave up and signed up to another company
