SCAM!
I downloaded app and it never worked on my device. Emailed Cretapedia support for assistance with app or to cancel if it won’t work and not a single response to multiple emails for 2 months now but continue to charge my bank account. My bank said the way they set up charges, you have to report fraud and change card number in order to stop charges. SCAM!!!!

Failure to update
The app is failing to download like the past seven lessons, even though we Updated log, and did the diagnostic check.
Can you please get the failed to add new lessons.
Hoping this gets straightened out quickly as I do not want to discontinue paying for this app.

Customer service
We wanted to purchase but service was non-existent. When it was time to enter our code for our discounted rate no one replied to emails or texts for assistance. If I can’t get customer service during the sale, I’m not spending this amount on the app itself. Disappointing because we loved our trial time

Sound problems
Hi I am a 8 year old kid writing this review there is a sound problem with Cretapedia I can’t change the sound they put this only happens sometimes I like using Cretapedia because it has cool lessons with Thundy and Momo but we need an option to change the sound that I can’t change even when I put the phone volume to zero so we need an option to lower the app sound.

I think there should be a new Dinosaur video and the should have a new Dinosaur called the Giganotosaurus and the new dinosaur should be in a dinosaur battle video where the Spinosaurus, Giganotosaurus, Tarbosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Megalosaurus, Allosaurus, and Carcharodontosaurus.

Won’t let me use on an iPad mini
Forcing me to update but I can’t because my iPad is unable to meet the version update. It says it offers an older version but won’t do it. I’m stuck in a vicious cycle! I just paid for the annual subscription. Now what do I do?

Disappointed with customer care
I am so disappointed about the whole subscription thing. When I signed up for free trial the app said that it will remind us about the free subscription expiration on the 5th day, which never happened and then when I canceled the subscription on the 7th day, I was charged $119. Neither me nor my 9 year old liked the app. It is like kindergarten kids. When I reached out to refund me then they sent me to Apple subscription services and refuses to give me my refund as it is against Apple’s policy. I do not know what kind of contract they have with Apple or any other phone company but this is definitely not an ethical customer service practice. To me it all appears a scam. I will never recommend it to anyone and will definitely advise people to stay away from this scam.
