No service support
Excellent until videos stopped loading over past few days. I’ve contacted service support multiple times with no response. Can someone please help?
Update: App was down for over a week and no response from customer support after multiple emails. However, videos are now loading again. App itself is great, but if issues arise, you may or may not receive help

Not working and responding!
The app itself is good but the support team not doing good! I can not access my app and can’t access to the support team to fix it
App is finally working again
As another reviewer had said the app was not working and videos had not been loading for days now. The customer support, which is only by email, never responded. The app is finally working again and it seems they were upgrading it. I took off one star because the developer didn’t indicate the app was under maintenance and they did not respond to emails asking about why the app wasn’t working.

We loved this app until video completely stopped working last week. Support will not respond or help.
Warning
I want to make possible purchasers of this app aware. I purchased this app for the whole year only to be met with the videos not playing. According to the app my internet was too slow. I have 3 gig internet and it should work. So I contacted customer service twice and I never got help on the issue or a reply back for that matter. Therefore I am hoping after bringing attention to this issue that the creators fix this problem.

They robbed my family.
Paid for a year. Now 4 months in app won’t work at all. Have contacted everyone I can at every email I can find. No response. Do not pay for a year subscription.

I have a problem with access lessons
I have problem with access lessons , I sent email to them for help but they never replied. I’m very disappointed.
Not working
The app is not working despite all my efforts to delete the app and re-download it again and again. I tried logging in and out. Still nothing. It keeps showing me a loading error message, even though my network is working perfectly on every other app. I literally stream movies on every other app and I am able to search things on Safari. So there is no problem with my network. when I click on the lesson it shows me the error message and then if I click on the progress bar, it just lets me take the quiz, but I can’t watch the lesson. I tried disabling the pop-up blockers on my iPad. Tried the app on my phone and my iPad and it still doesn’t work. I verified that my account is actually active with a subscription and it is, so that’s not the problem either. I tried reaching out to customer support from the email they provide on their website, but still I haven’t gotten a response for several days. I’m essentially paying for a service that is not working. If I don’t get this problem resolved within the next week, I will cancel my subscription.

The app is giving error 1018 and I have emailed support desk multiple times with out any response.

I am not able to watch any videos of this app since last week. I sent two emails to report this problem but still nothing happened, no one responded. I want a refund.

Customer service sucks
Pretty upset with this company. I paid for a year subscription which ends 12/04/2026. For a week I have been getting error message when I try to watch videos. I tried contacting the company to let them know and I have yet to get a response. I also tried their work around with no luck. This company needs better customer service. Definitely will not be renewing subscription if this continues.

The videos are not loading
A month after the subscription, the app just stopped working for me. I have tried every single way but nothing worked. I have emailed the customer service but no response at all. There is no number to call or other way to get help. I just spent almost $100 for nothing!

Hi, content is pretty good but since last 4 days videos are not loading and there is an error. I have sent this to contact email address but no response or acknowledgment. On top of that weeks ago I also sent an email that even though I am a subscriber it keeps asking me to buy subscription for new videos and do not open up a video. Could someone review email sent to support?

This is an amazing app for kids
I cannot even write a review to express how satisfied and happy I am with this app for kids. My kids learned so much through this app and it just opened their curiosity about everything.
