CREW - The Training System

The CREW - The Training System app is designed for clients of trainers who have enrolled in the CREW - The Training System program. The app will send push notifications and prompt clients to answer yes/no question in regards to comply with healthy habits sent by your coach. WHO CAN USE THE APP Clients can only use the app if they are working with a CREW - The Training System coach. If you are a CREW - The Training System client, please contact your coach to receive your invite and login credentials to be able to use this app. The CREW - The Training System app allows access to HealthKit, allowing clients to automatically pull in their activity and steps data from Apple Health to their app.
