Concierge for busy folks
As a techie been using Crew a lot mainly for hassle free airport cabs for office trips and for reservation at popular restaurants like Naru’s and Pizza 4Ps. Recently tried their weekend getaway suggestions and was impressed with the way they helped me plan and finalize my stay and also were supportive of whatever requirements I had during the stay.
Would highly recommend crew if you want to outside time consuming work to someone!

Books high costing services, no coordination, always mishandle tasks
I wanted to use this app to ease my life but interacting with them in itself is a tiring task, they misunderstand your needs, book incorrect services, do not optimize for costs and you would end up paying extra for the same services compared to when you would’ve booked yourself.
They come through
I’m a crew addict. Here are some of the things I have gotten done. Forgot my wife’s birthday present, they sent someone to Phoenix to buy something, gift wrap it and have it delivered at the restaurant before we arrived. Helped book a 15 Seater vehicle in the middle of nowhere on the outskirts of Bangalore at a moment’s notice to take us to a music festival. Got me in Naru and plenty restaurants like that. A concierge service is as good as your imagination. So it’s upto you to find value.

Disappointing and frustrating
Honestly doing things myself takes less time than with crew. They’ve messed up multiple things now - even simple stuff like ordering flowers or a simple delivery. Takes ages to respond and loses context of the conversation from before very clearly. Disappointed and frustrated now.
Not a concierge. Justdial of vendors
They are as good as justdial of all the vendors. I booked a domestic trip and they ruined it miserably. They have got contacts of very cheap vendors who sell things at premium pricing so you might be fooled to think that this is the best but it isn’t. The whole trip costed me 50k extra plus one extra day I wasted. It is not a true concierge. They will just hook you up with a vendor. You will have to contact them. If anything goes wrong then you will have to figure out the next best step. Save yourself by never relying on them especially for any trips.

Speedy and trustworthy
I had an excellent experience planning out my entire foreign trip using this app. I was even followed up by their customer success team to ensure if I needed anything further after completing their deliverables.
Varkala trip sorted!
I recently went to Varkala with my friends and i was looking for best deals on villas or homestays. it was absolutely stressful until CREW showed up. all my work was completed with just different instructions and now all i am left with is the wow memories of it.
Hidden gem ⭐️
Using crew for my travel bookings (both tickets and stays) has been super smooth, I always end up finding the best prices here!
Apart from the great deal, these people are super sweet and understanding and helpful its such a hidden gem hope crew reaches more people soon

CREW has redefined expectations
i have always been someone who likes doing things by myself - be it finding deals, booking best restaurants for dates or holidays. I installed CREW trying to understand how it helps as i was hearing about it through my friends. a couple of ways it made my life easier was just by lightening the load of what was to be done by gracefully taking ownership of life activities apart from work and that is what i believe is going to get them big. i wish them all the luck and i hope i keep snagging those deals always hahaha

No credibility, incomplete tasks
App is pretty messed up, have caused a lot of experiential and financial loses to me.
- Thailand Excursion: I paid for VIP tickets but received standard service. We were seated far from the gate and lacked the promised priority boarding and speedboat transport that those with cheaper tickets received. We were told a partial refund but team never got back even on twitter.
- Dhurandhar Event: Despite assurances that our group of three would be seated together in "upgraded" seats towards the back, We got seated in first 3rd row and one member of our party was seated alone across an aisle. Additionally, the team sent out public communications with incorrect event dates.
- Tumi Order: In January, I paid in advance for a backpack with a seven-day delivery estimate. After a week, I was informed that the order had never actually been placed and they "forgot".
- General Reliability: The team has frequently failed to secure reservations, delivered incorrect bouquets, and quoted airport transfer prices 2-3x higher than platforms like Viator or GetYourGuide

A genuine app which takes accountability for all your tasks and charges a nominal fees, only where applicable. The agents are really helpful. Thanks for getting us bookings for restaurants we had been struggling to visit.

Pathetic service level
Swiggy should just shut this down and the product manager should be fired along with the full team
Messed up on four tasks straight, messed up on an airport cab booking, didnt organise a pickup properly and finally - couldn’t even do a medical appointment booking!
Just a pathetic app, fire the team and use that money to send Swiggy vouchers to customers as an apology for bad service

A concierge service which can’t even arrange a runner
Started a ‘mission’ for filing my son’s PAN Card application and aligned on a date 4 days in advance to get the documents picked. One day before the pickup the team calls and says - we are not able to find a runner, we have shared address with you for deposit of documents why don’t you yourself go. Really not customer first - the only thing they helped with was filling the form. Not a concierge service at all.

Just amazing
I have been using this app for a few weeks but they impressed me today, i had a bluedart courier with my passport in it and couldn’t get a hold of their support to track it and the team found where the courier is and also the agents number in 10 minutes.

Absolutely blown away
This app has made my life so much simpler and easy..,you need a book that is not easily available in bookshops, there is CREW, you need an urgent Tatkal booking there is CREW…just give your tasks to CREW sit back and let the magic happen..Kudos to the entire team here. You just won a user for life!

The team doesn’t work for you. They are only interfacing.
If i ask for something, they should do the job like they are doing it for me rather than just being the intermediary. which means negotiating with vendors/restaurants etc. all of it should he done by them.
Else for me to do what they are doing probably is additional 10-15 mins per job
