I update app and the try to sign into app but it tells me to update app. IT IS UPDATED!!! Please fix.

App will not update
Love this app, but not sure why the defective version is still on the store. Deleted and reinstalled only to receive the previous version. Will not allow me to submit a correct bid. Please replace with current version.

The app isn’t working for the new update. Terrible software issue right before bid is due.

This app is a great tool. Must be updated before EVERY bidding cycle. So be sure to update it before trying to access the bid packet. Any time you look away from the app, it will make you reboot, once you get the main screen up it will ALWAYS check for subscription, and god forbid you are on the plane! You will never get to look at the bid packet. Stop checking subscription each time you open the app. Sometimes you can submit bids in flight sometimes you can’t. This app needs to rely LESS on internet connectivity once the bid packet is downloaded so we can use the app during flight. My other gripe is once you add lines to your bid there is no way to group select if you want to move a set of lines you must click each line twice in the selection circle, one by one. You can’t hold and highlight several lines to move them. Once awards are out, when you are on the award page and click to check awarded line, if you X out and go to the main awards page… sometimes you get stuck there and cannot click the x to close the awards, or the arrow to check a new awarded line… you must close the app and reopen it. I love the filters, they are very useful once you can learn how to manipulate them to your advantage. Overall the app is useful but can be very frustrating when you are not on the ground, I feel it should rely LESS on constantly “subscription checking” and should just load once it’s checked your subscription the first time and the packet is downloaded. A lot of people using this app must have access to this tool while in the air.

App Freezes when using multiple sorts
When selecting various days of the week to sort by, the app will freeze. Have to close out the app and restart, which results in losing your last sort. Running iPad Pro with updated application version and current IOS.

Updated review after years of using. I STILL feel the same way. This is the best, most useful & beneficial app I have. All these reviews bemoaning having to update every month are ridiculous. Do people not understand the updates happen because of compatibility issues with company policies & changes? What a bunch of crybabies. Good golly.
CrewBid is absolutely the best way to bid for Southwest crew members. There is a little bit of a learning curve to get the hang of how everything works, but once the system is learned, there are so many benefits. There are so many filtering and sorting options built in that it’s possible to pull up pretty much limitless combinations of preferences without having to stare for hours at your screen, writing down possible choices and making your brain hurt. This app does the work for you. Bidding has never been easier for me & I get much better lines because of it. The only problem with it as far as I’m concerned, is that I didn’t think of it!

Great app
Even as a professional complainer, I have a hard time finding anything wrong with this app. Most of the 1 star reviews are due to frequent updates to the app. These people leaving poor reviews are lazy ignoramuses. It takes 2 seconds to update the app, and I would guess many of the updates are due to ham-fisted SWA I.T. changes that require app changes.

Works well
Sometimes crashes doing award bid sort…must close all apps and restart iPad. Other than that, it’s pretty easy and seems to be getting more functionality.
Always has some issue
Always has some poor update that causes another issue…every single month. Every month I have a different issue with this app. Going to cancel and do the old school way much easier.
I love it!
So easy to use! I would give it all 5 stars but wish I could pinch zoom the bid lines so I do not need magnification or to pull up the trip! I go for earlier return I have to tap on each trip to see the time it returns. But I doubt I could go back to ebs
Bring back annual subscription
I would much prefer annual billing with a reduced rate as opposed to month to month. Please bring this option back.
