Crewful connects people who need work done with independent professionals ready to do it — plumbers, electricians, cleaners, handymen, and more. For customers: - Post a job with a description, photos, and your address - Get bids from nearby professionals with pricing and timelines - Award the job to the professional you choose - Track your professional's live location as they head to the job - Pay securely in the app — funds are held until the job is marked complete - Rate and review when the job is done For professionals: - Browse nearby jobs matched to your service categories - Submit bids with your price and timeline - Go "ready to work" to appear for nearby job matches - Get paid directly to your bank account via Stripe once a job completes - Build your reputation with customer ratings and reviews How payment works: When a customer awards a job, payment is charged and held securely. Once the job is marked complete, there's a short window for the customer to raise any concerns before funds are released to the professional. Crewful takes a small platform fee from each completed job — professionals see the net amount clearly before accepting. Important: Crewful is a marketplace that connects customers and independent professionals — it does not currently perform background checks on professionals.
