No improvement in years
I read all the reviews of two years ago and nothing has changed.
Also i can’t believe that there’s no chance to turn the app in dark mode, specially if it’s designed for Crews!

Expensive trash
Everything useful is extra. Calendar sync is $4 a month and is not helpful for sharing with family, there aren’t enough details included. It is slow to load if it ever does and confirming changes is clunky and tedious.
Never allows me to log in
I have never been able to use this. Every time I try to log in it says not searchable.

Monthly View is trash
Used to have dots to denote Off, Reserve, Flight on the monthly view. No longer there so now it’s just a stupid calendar with no info. Trash.
Another crap product from merlot
Don't count on this working offline. Expect each page to have little information and dig through multiple menus to find what you want even though everything could usually fit on one page.
Not consistent
We have to change our passwords often. Every time we change our passwords it take like 3 days for me to get logged back in to Merlot. It just stays on a blank screen. I remove the app and download again. It’s too much. I also don’t like that X days show up on my calendar. I have to go in and delete them. Doesn’t update calendar consistently either.

Scam
Activated $6.99 Watch subscription. It’s taken my money. Reinstalling the app on both phone and watch has failed to work. Watch says to turn on subscription, phone says subscription active.
Getting a refund is damn near impossible.
Disgusting. Not sure what I was thinking for $7 a MONTH!!! What a rip off!
As a side note. It would be nice if they used a colour coding on the list and month page to designate a difference between duty, standby and rostered days off.
Developer clearly doesn’t use this each and every day. Wouldn’t be be nice to glance at the month view and have a clear pictorial representation of work/ standby and duty days? Aside from stealing my money today. This would be a welcome addition from everyone who uses the app. If I get a timely refund and this addition is added, I would gladly change my review.

Great app - Issue Sharing Synced Calendar
Great App for our airline. Have purchased the Sync to calendar subscription so I can share the calendar with my parents but once shared, each time calendar seems to update the shared option, colour of the calendar options all revert and unable to keep the calendar shared with family. Unable to find a support site to create a ticket or contact options.

Calendar export shows days off
The app works ok, but there needs to be a feature to not show X-1 days (days off) as an all day event for the calendar export, which takes up precious calendar space on Apple devices. There’s no need to export a full day’s event into a calendar when there’s no duty for that day.

It constantly wants to refresh even when offline then will need to close and reopen app to get it to function.
If clicking on a flight to see who crew is, interface will ALWAYS screen back to the top of the calendar instead of holding place (so keep track of where you were).
Open time on here would be nice.
But, it will notify of schedule changes, and schedule CAN be seen, with difficulty.
Whether a manpower or back burner project, this app seems to be low priority.
But hey! The new owners updated the logon screen with their info 🙄😒

Update broke the calendar view
Previously, the calendar view had big color coded bars at the bottom of each day to show what type of duty you had. This new version has tiny dots that are hard to see. We want the old calendar view back.
Should have left the previous version alone
The print is small and faint. This version is difficult to read. We have a saying in the military…don’t fix it if it isn’t broken. This version is inferior to the previous version.
Absolutely HATE the new color update.
Why would you change something that worked? Now it’s hard to read! The print is small and not bold. It’s worse now than it was before…

Roster is not showing since the latest update.
Nothing works
Roster isn’t working. Unsure if my airline token worked properly, as all the apps services are extra. Can’t find website pages with adequate assistance. Hoping this review will prompt some support.
Not showing new roster
New roster is available via the crew portal webpage, however the app is not loading it. I have logged out, uninstalled, spammed the refresh button. Nothing is working.

Lacks hyperlink to follow the tail number inbound to track incoming tail numbers location and ETA
After leaving a trip pairing, it returns to the beginning of your roster. Wish it would stay in scrolled position.
