Documents disappear day to day.
“data sync” for 60 seconds every time I use the app (already opened, already synced) and whenever I try to take a photo of the job progress without fail, completely freezing the app while the system struggles to find data and space on an overloaded server. 60 seconds with a strong signal, not being hyperbolic.
You will be locked into a contract with an app that evolves according to “crew tracks” largest account, not yours. Breaking or eliminating features with each update that originally made the app useful, it will quickly become clear where your account stands in the list of the developer’s priorities.
After years using this application, our company is not renewing our contract due to the consistently declining quality of “crew tracks” and will be trying a different application

Increased efficiency
Our team has been using CrewTracks since early 2023 and what a game changer. It has been for our organization. Prior to CrewTracks everything was done manually. The time-consuming tracking of our labor and manpower through spreadsheets and time cards truly kept us from growing to the next level.
The implementation was easy and through the help of Brett and his team we had five star training to ensure that we knew how to navigate this app.
There was definitely some learning curves, but all in all CrewTracks has been such a great investment for our company.
We are looking forward to all the new bells and whistles and maximizing them towards our continued growth.

Glitches
The app continuously freezes you out while navigating from task to task you have to close the app then open it again to get it to in freeze. Very annoying and time consuming.

Everything a contractor needs
I work for an insulation contractor, and Casey Black and his team were extremely helpful in setting up what we needed, walked us through the app and the web based version, and the app itself does everything we need. This app is highly recommended for a company that needs to track your crews, documents, materials, and hours.

Shoot, sorry for the misunderstanding. CrewTracks is not a free app. Your company will need to purchase CrewTracks, and then you'll get an organization code, username, and password. We make the app free to download in the app store so that once our customers have made a purchase, all their employees can download the app and log in.
Fix issue
Will not let me see my foreman’s picture, so I have to reject it all the time.
