Not good!
I’ve had this app for a year, everything was fine. Now it won’t let me log in after it logged me out. Says it can’t update with my schedule. I loved this app on my watch. Now it’s useless!!!
No customer service exists
I woke up and now I can’t get my schedule at all. I tried to logout and log back in and it won’t let me log on. I tried to email support and it doesn’t exist. I can’t even get my money back. WHAT A WASTE!! Love this app until I found out there’s no customer support!!! Boooooooooooooooooo
Stopped working
JetBlue pilot. App won’t refresh. Support email returns undelivered.
No schedule refresh
My schedule stopped refreshing despite logging out and logging back in. I loved this app before.
Hasn’t updated since 6/4/23
I tried logging in and out. I also deleted and added the app back. Now I’m getting an error when I log in. Please help.

Your app doesn’t work and I can’t believe that you are still charging. That’s highway robbery. You need to be a shame of yourself.

This app has made life on ready reserve SO much easier. I made sure notifications were on and LOUD when I went to bed so I could wake up to the sound when I was moving up the call out list. I loved knowing where I was in line earlier too, as well as only clicking on an app vs logging in to the company site, navigating to reserve report, input base, input day, then scroll down. I’m absolutely heartbroken this app is going away. I only wish the company would value tools like these that come asking for us since the co doesn’t have anything that works like Crewzapp. I get sad when I try to refresh my schedule and it says last update 7/27.

Losing Faith
Still unable to get Gates and Releases! Please Fix it, put a notice out on intended Fix or I’ll have to cancel my subscription! These are 2 key elements keeping me using this App. Without these, not sure why I need it! Company CrewHub is calling me. Help me resist!

Love it but having issues now
I do like this app a lot but it stopped working yesterday. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it and now it won’t let me sign in.
NEEDS UPDATE
No longer showing SWA gates and Releases.
Needs a couple updates please.
Stopped showing gates and now I can’t load commuting flight information.
Gate and release issues
Gate locations and dispatch releases are not showing up again. This is the second time in a few weeks this has happened. Not sure what keeps causing it but I’m reducing my rating because of it. Normally a wonderful app but when CrewBuddy works and this doesn’t, something needs to get fixed ASAP. Please fix!

Best scheduling app I’ve used. Like the “ one stop shop” for all the updates.
LUV
I luv this app! Took a little getting used to but it is great now! My favorite feature is the updating while on reserve. It actually takes some of the stress off. (Reserve is already stressful enough) I also enjoy the widget! Keep up the good work!!!!!
Some features lost
I had originally given it a five star but I had to change it now to three because it no longer shows you the flight tracker on each leg.Also my airline has prevented the app from showing the gates number. The uapp said to update it because this is issue has been fixed, but there is no new update.
