Buggy. Not all features on mobile

The call out/receive calls feature is there, but I keep getting 403 errors whenever I try to look at my call history. Something is up and keeps me from having positive experiences

Had a 30 minute test call and the quality was good. App is not the most polished, but works fine.

This App Could Be Good

Over a year with this service and you still can’t log into the application if you have multi factor authentication enabled. You need to disable it to log in and reenable MFA after you’re logged in. If you have MFA text messages will not show up in the application. You can only see them in the web portal.
This most recent update wiped out all my company contacts and reset my ringtone. I had to log out of the application and back in to see the contacts again. Of course I need to disable MFA to log back into the application.
They guarantee 100% uptime but you will spend a lot of time dealing with stupid issues that should not be happening.

Works wonderfully

Have been Crexendo customer for 5 years. Due to business changes updated phone system with them last year and installed this app. The app is solid and works perfectly. It works well enough you do not need the desk set, I interchange between the two all the time so if I am out of the office it is as if I were still there. Highly recommend this.
I will say, I tried to use the old version 55 years ago and never got it to work but having it didn’t fit my needs then. I didn’t worry about it. The company has been improving daily and if you have POTS I highly recommend Crexendo. 5 years ago my phone bill dropped about 80% switching to them and I never looked back!

Use it daily!

Love this mobile app, the ease of use, be able to move Calls from my desk to my mobile app without the caller knowing I ever did this makes it so easy when I need to run to the warehouse in the back. Easy to change my settings, having a distinctive ring for Work. Calls makes it easy for me to identify if it is a work call if my phone is not near. My business number when I’m making a call instead of my personal call has been a huge benefit.

I’m sorry, but it’s sad how bad this app is

Texting stopped working for weeks, it looks like it was built in 1996, going with this company was probably the worst business decision we have made in years.

Great app

This is a great app! I definitely see the improvements Crexendo has done recently. I’ve used a lot of apps similar and this is easy to use and easy to maneuver.

Terrible to maneuver in and unable to dial out with keyboard even with cellular data on.

Terrible

The app functions terribly, the support is somehow simultaneously nonexistent and inept. it is a broken app. crexendo fails on all levels. would rate 0 stars if I could.
