Chat is now the fastest way to settle on a house. Calls in the conversation. Every call you make, miss or decline leaves a line in the chat, so a missed call is not something you only find if you go looking. Tap it to ring back. A proper + menu. Camera, documents, location, polls, events, a house request and a Crib Tour, all from inside a conversation. Type / for the same list. Polls on real houses. Put listings into a poll with their photos and prices, share the link to the family on WhatsApp so they can vote without the app, and see exactly who voted for what before you answer the agent. Reply and forward. Swipe a message to reply to it. Forward a poll and every copy shows one combined tally, so the last person sees how the whole family voted. Crib Tours from the chat. Pick the house, pick a time, and the booking sits in the thread with its live status and reminders for both sides. Houses that are gone now say so. A lister can mark a house Taken, or Sold when it was for sale. Those listings stop taking calls and tour bookings, so you never pay for a call or travel for a place that went in March. You can also report any listing that is no longer available. For listers and agents See demand in every area, not only the ones you cover, with your own areas first and a Notify me button for the rest. Mark your own houses Taken or Sold from My Properties. For house hunters Choose how far you are willing to travel when you make a request, and reply to any agent who contacts you about it. Faster and steadier.
