Laggy
When I open the app it doesn’t load nor does it work properly. Storage is 120/512 gb so out shouldn’t be lagging.
Utterly underperforming app
The only way to resolve an issue is through the bot in the app. You have very limited issue list, and a very inconsiderate one, and allowing only listed options to work with is over assuming that you know every issue that users face. No other directions to other resolutions. No option to transfer the chat to an actual agent. The bot doesn’t not understand English CLEARLY. Gives irrelevant replies and resolutions. Very disappointed in the grade 1 level bot that you guys are still using, its so outdated, my fellow students make better bots than this, so please upgrade your bot. No email ids suggested anywhere in the app. No way to contact an agent.
The service number they keep promoting is again handled by bots which are really underdeveloped AGAIN. No way to talk to a real person. In this era of services being at your finger tips you guys really fail. Other brands in the market are really out performing in terms of providing services which are remarkable. Have a look around in the market and learn. I would rate the overall app and chatbot a 1/10. And your willingness to help and reachability and providing updates on matters a total 0/10. Hope you guys take this constructively and improve.

Intentionally Hard to find correct recharge
This app does not allow you to sort and filter the recharge options, intentionally making it hard and confusing to find the right recharge you need.
