I would recommend not to buy any kind of services from Airtel. Because whenever u gonna call for reporting an issue or raising a complaint they don't have any options for that. And purchasing a connection from Airtel isn't worth wasting time and money. They can't manage the customer properly can't solve their issues. They work like government departments go there then others will say call them and it will go on and on.... Leaving u frustrated and helpless. No way to get your money back and no way to get the connection. Your money is just scammed and it's all going on with the legal process. Better choose Bsnl Broadband or Jio fiber if u are trying to get a New WiFi/DTH connection. Airtel was once a good choice but now it's the biggest scam. I don't know if the Higer authorities know this kind of acts happening or not, or they are just ignoring it. They don't even have a grievance registering number. No one can register any kind of complaint. There is just frustrating Ai talking to u everytime u call. Even if u call the head office of the state or Airtel store. They will say sir call that number Because we can't do anything in this situation.
I have been using Airtel since. It's my first and the worst ever experience I had with Airtel in my life. And I don't trust Airtel anymore. Thinking of even changing my sim card and getting other service provider's sim card. Atleast I won't be this much disappointed..

Airtel wifi servicing is so bad
My wifi is facing issues, its been 3 days now. No one has come to fix it and whenever i talk to the customer support or local providers they said they will do it, but clearly without fixing anything they said the issued has been resolved in the apps many times. We are being ignored by airtel services. So guys DO NOT GET AIRTEL WIFI or youre wifi will say resolved before they even come to fix it.

Worse network and worst services. No response at all. Worst experience after being such an active customer for so many years. Can’t even complain on this app the chatbot doesn’t help nor lets me speak to a human. And no customer call service picks up. Not even one percent of care they provide. Didn’t help with the wifi issues and left me hanging for days and even cut extra money. WORST APP AND NETWORK EVER.

Why my SMS service has been suspended since yesterday, I reached Scotland and it’s on on my second mobile no. I don’t understand what’s the reason behind this.
Worst banking service ever
After multiple complaints. Visited pay points still problem is there unable to use debit card because on app it always says temporary unavailable. Unable to set pin . And they are not solving my problem worst banking experience

What kind of useless customer service do you have I’ve been trying to call different numbers, going to store location just to raise ticket or get someone to atleast look at the issue with the wifi and internet all the employee response is ‘we don’t know, or we cannot help you!’ I’ve been without internet for a week. Specifically on outskirts of Chennai near Thiruvallur/ Thirumaizhisai. I ask you to help the customers! Not make us suffer.

Chatbot is completely broken
The chatbot doesn’t create service requests and also prevents from creating new ones. I’m unable to get any help from abroad, completely useless app. Also they overcharged me for nothing and now there’s no way for me to call them without spending 700 more, thanks to the broken chatbot (not sure why they’re using old tech when genai is literally everywhere)
